By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Orders

• When you place an order we usually confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. An order is accepted when we confirm it or send it.
• We may cancel an order, and will tell you, if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly.

Prices and charges

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
• Delivery, packing, open-parcel and Cash on Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. The total shown at checkout is what you pay.
• Product options that cost extra are added to the price you see on the product page.

Payment

You can pay by:

• Cash on Delivery — pay the courier the total amount on your order when your parcel arrives.
• Debit or credit card — paid online through Safepay, our payment partner. Your card details are entered on Safepay's secure page; we do not see or store them. Your order is confirmed once Safepay confirms the payment.
• Bank transfer / Easypaisa — send the total to the account shown after you order and enter the transaction ID. Your order is confirmed once we receive the money.

If an online payment fails, your card is not charged for that attempt and you can try again from your order page. If money was taken but your order does not show as paid, contact us with your order number and we will check it with Safepay.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, weather and other things outside our control. See Delivery & packing.

Damaged items

If your parcel arrives damaged, what happens next depends on the packing you chose. See Returns & refunds.

Coupons

One coupon can be used per order. Each coupon has its own conditions, such as a minimum order or an end date, and we may change or withdraw a coupon.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
