Delivery all over Pakistan

We deliver to every city in Pakistan through reputed courier companies such as TCS, Leopards, MNP and DHL.

Delivery time and charges

• Delivery usually takes about 7 days after your order is confirmed.
• The delivery charge depends on the total weight of your parcel, so a heavier order costs more to send. It is charged once for your whole order.
• Orders above a set amount may get free delivery. When this applies, it is shown at checkout.
• The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

How your order travels

1. You place your order. We confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
2. We pack your items carefully. You can ask for a WhatsApp video call to see your product being packed.
3. Your parcel is handed to the courier and you receive a tracking number.
4. You follow it with live tracking until it reaches you. Track your order

Packing

• Standard packing — a strong, durable 5-ply box.
• Fragile packing — extra protection with fragile stickers and courier insurance. Packing is charged for every item in the order.

Open the parcel before you accept it

Choose Allow parcel to be opened at checkout and you can open and check the parcel before accepting it.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery — pay in cash when your parcel arrives. A Cash on Delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout.
• Debit / credit card — pay securely online through our payment partner Safepay. We never see or store your card number.
• Bank transfer / Easypaisa — send the money to our account and enter your transaction ID.
