Your privacy matters

This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email address (if you give it), delivery address, order notes and what you ordered.
• When you create an account: your name, email, mobile number and a password. Your password is stored in a scrambled form that nobody, including us, can read.
• When you contact us: the details and message you send.
• On your device: small pieces of data that make the website work, such as your shopping cart, your Lights (light or dark) choice, whether you have seen a pop-up, and a sign-in cookie when you are logged in.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To send you emails about your order or your account, such as order confirmations and password reset links.
• To answer your questions and give you support.
• To keep the website secure and working well.

Who we share it with

• Courier companies receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your parcel.
• Safepay, our card payment partner, processes online card payments. Card details are entered on Safepay's page and are never seen or stored by us.
• Google Analytics (and, if we run ads, the Meta Pixel) help us understand how the website is used. They use cookies and receive information about the pages you view and what you add to your cart, but not your payment details.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it

Passwords are stored scrambled. Staff only see the information they need for their work, and what staff do in the dashboard is recorded.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details or to delete your account by contacting us. We may need to keep order records for our accounts and for handling claims.
